Overview
dadaxSee DRS is an industrial digital radiography system software with image acquisition, processing, labelling, analysis, management, detector calibration, source and automated system integration for the complete workflow of fully automated industrial digital radiography.
The dadaxSee DRS user interface is intuitive and uncluttered, with comprehensive image operation and analysis tools. The intelligent “oClick” analysis tool requires only one click and one button optimisation. Without any manual adjustments, the software automatically processes and optimises the image data, minimising noise and rendering and allowing the human eye to see more detail, helping users to easily browse and evaluate images, saving time and energy.
dadaxSee DRS uses the DCM/DICONDE format to store image data and supports user-defined metadata and storage templates.
dadaxSee DRS supports fully automated, integrated industrial digital radiography applications and is open for docking with a wide range of digital flat panel detectors and radiation sources. dadaxSee DRS can drive multiple image acquisition devices, support multi-station continuous acquisition, automatic image evaluation and support the integration of automation units such as robots for increased efficiency.

- dadaxSee DRS is the core software of the fully automated industrial digital X-ray inspection system. It is a unified inspection operation software platform that supports multi-dimensional inspection plan management and provides integrated control of all elements of the inspection system.
- dadaxSee DRS is based on dadaxSee Ximgcore, an intelligent industrial X-ray image library developed by Dadax Software. The graphical user interface is intuitive and clear, and there are comprehensive image operation and analysis tools. The intelligent analysis tool “oClick” requires only one click and one key optimisation. No manual adjustments are required. The software automatically processes and optimises image data, minimising noise and rendering and allowing the human eye to see more detail, helping users to easily browse and evaluate images, saving time and energy.
- The innate intelligence and automation genes enable dadaxSee DRS to easily and automatically measure and identify defects. The software automatically identifies defects in the image and automatically generates a defect list.
- dadaxSee DRS has a new software architecture, open technology and data format that is easy to maintain and flexible to expand. The open interface can be connected to third-party MES, ERP and IoT platforms, etc.
