Overview

dadaxSee UTS is an industrial ultrasonic testing system software focused on automated industrial ultrasonic inspection system integration applications, supporting UT, PA, FMC/TFM and other ultrasonic technologies.

dadaxSee UTS can acquire inspection data through ultrasound equipment and third-party software, with data acquisition, processing, imaging, analysis, reporting, data management and motion control, to meet the needs of fully automated industrial ultrasound inspection of the entire workflow. dadaxSee UTS provides an intuitive, easy-to-use, and easy-to-use system for industrial ultrasound inspection.

dadaxSee UTS offers an intuitive and simple graphical user interface with user-definable view layouts. Using advanced data processing and image analysis techniques, dadaxSee UTS intuitively interprets complex ultrasonic signals, identifies internal features and defects, clearly shows material variations within the part at any depth, and accurately reflects the quality condition of the part. 

dadaxSee UTS can drive multiple ultrasound acquisition units, support simultaneous and time-shared inspection across multiple stations, and support the integration of robots and other automation cells for more efficient inspection.

  • dadaxSee UTS is the core software of the fully automated ultrasonic testing system. It is a unified inspection operations software platform that supports multi-dimensional inspection plan management and provides integrated control of all elements of the inspection system.
  • dadaxSee UTS has two operating modes: “automatic” and “manual”. It provides several workbenches such as “Setup”, “Inspection”, “Review”, “Report”, “Data”, “Control Console” and “Calculator” to meet the needs of automated online production testing and offline data analysis.
  • dadaxSee UTS supports UT, PA, FMC/TFM and other ultrasonic technologies and can acquire data via ultrasonic equipment and software interfaces. Advanced data processing and analysis technology, rich and diverse data views such as A, B, C, D, S and 3D intuitively interpret complex ultrasonic signals, identify internal features and defects of workpieces, clearly show material changes at any depth inside the workpiece, and accurately reflect the quality status of the workpiece.
  • dadaxSee UTS includes a comprehensive ultrasonic calculator that provides not only law calculations but also application simulations.
  • Thanks to its innate intelligence and automation genes, dadaxSee UTS easily performs automatic measurements, defect detection, alarms, and automatically generates inspection reports and production statistics.
  • The open analysis workbench supports multi-dimensional parameter settings such as gain, gate, processing and analysis, and easily realises post-processing of ultrasonic data, reconstruction of data views, analysis and reporting.
  • “Data-centric” allows users to see more data, and an independent data workbench helps users manage and use data more conveniently.
  • dadaxSee UTS has a new software architecture, open technology and data format that is easy to maintain and flexible to expand. The open interface can be connected to third-party MES, ERP and IoT platforms, etc.
