Overview
dadaxSee DRS is a “universal” industrial digital radiography system software that provides image acquisition, processing, annotation, analysis and management, detector calibration and motion control, and supports multi-dimensional inspection recipe management to cover the complete workflow of fully automated industrial digital radiography inspection.
The dadaxSee DRS user interface is intuitive and uncluttered, with comprehensive image operation and analysis tools. The intelligent “oClick” analysis tool requires just one click for one-click optimisation; the software automatically processes and optimises the image, maximising noise reduction and rendering so the human eye can see more detail, helping users browse and evaluate images with ease and saving time and effort.
dadaxSee DRS stores image data in DCM/DICONDE/DRD format, and supports user-defined metadata and storage templates as well as batch image format conversion.
dadaxSee DRS can drive multiple image acquisition devices, supports continuous multi-station acquisition, and allows evaluation parameters to be set flexibly per inspection position for more efficient inspection and fully automated evaluation.
Features
- “Universal” industrial digital radiography system software
- dadaxSee DRS is a “universal” industrial digital radiography system software focused on automated industrial digital radiography system integration applications.
- dadaxSee DRS continuously integrates acquisition devices from various brands. With unified acquisition control parameters, image processing and analysis algorithms, image formats and user interfaces, it achieves interoperability between industrial digital radiography acquisition devices and interchange of inspection data, reducing users’ software maintenance and data management costs and eliminating the need to switch between different inspection applications.
- Parameter management and control for all inspection system elements
- dadaxSee DRS is the core software of the fully automated industrial digital radiography inspection system and a unified inspection operations software platform. It supports multi-dimensional inspection recipe management and provides configuration control over all elements of the inspection system, including acquisition, processing, evaluation, storage and reporting.
- Differences between inspected objects lead to diverse inspection systems. A typical automated industrial digital radiography inspection system comprises an X-ray source, a flat-panel detector, an automation system, safety facilities and inspection system software. dadaxSee DRS can integrate additional elements as required, such as live video.
- dadaxSee DRS can drive multiple image acquisition devices, supports continuous multi-station acquisition, and allows evaluation parameters to be set flexibly per inspection position for more efficient inspection and fully automated evaluation.
- Multiple workbenches for every scenario
- dadaxSee DRS offers two operating modes, “automatic” and “manual”, and a choice of workbenches including “Setup”, “Inspection”, “Analysis”, “Report” and “Data” to meet the needs of online automated inspection, manual inspection, image analysis and other scenarios.
- Intuitive, clean UI with rich image manipulation and analysis tools
- The dadaxSee DRS graphical user interface is intuitive and uncluttered, and its comprehensive image operation and analysis tools suit different work scenarios and user needs. Users can customise tools on demand, helping them operate images and analyse data more conveniently and with greater focus.
- Keeping pace with industry developments, dadaxSee DRS provides data management and analysis tools that comply with the latest ISO, ASTM, GB/T and other standards.
- oClick intelligent analysis tool for one-click optimisation
- The intelligent analysis tool “oClick” needs just one click for one-click optimisation with no manual adjustment. The software automatically processes and optimises image data, maximising noise reduction and rendering so the human eye can see more detail, helping users browse and evaluate images with ease and saving time and effort.
- oClick one-click optimisation offers general, weld, casting and pipe options to suit different inspection objects, and exposes parameters such as contrast, brightness and sharpness for manual adjustment. One-click optimisation does not alter the original image data or user data such as measurements and annotations.
- Automatic defect recognition and reporting
- Its innate intelligence and automation genes enable dadaxSee DRS to measure automatically, identify defects and generate inspection reports with ease.
- dadaxSee DRS supports different evaluation algorithms for different scenarios, workpieces and regions, with region-specific parameter configuration to meet different inspection standards and quality requirements.
- dadaxSee DRS supports batch report export. By default, reports include the project, inspection system, inspection settings, quality standard, workpiece information, inspection results, report tables and images.
- See more valuable data
- The dedicated Data workbench in dadaxSee DRS helps users manage images, projects and other data more conveniently. With a “data-centric” approach that shows users more valuable data, dadaxSee DRS ensures that “software serves not only the equipment but also operations”, enabling NDT to deliver greater value.
- dadaxSee DRS stores image data in DCM/DICONDE/DRD format, and supports user-defined metadata and storage templates as well as batch image format conversion.
- Open technology with remote access
- dadaxSee DRS is an industrial application built on web technology, making it easy to interconnect with third-party systems, and supports cross-platform installation and remote access.
